Welcome to OnSource. By accessing or using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
OnSource is a SaaS platform operated by Vektiq SAS to support IT sourcing and procurement processes.
Access is limited to authorized users with an active account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
You agree not to use the service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.
OnSource and all related content remain the exclusive property of Vektiq SAS. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable right to use the platform.
We strive to ensure continuous service availability (target uptime >99%), but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. No financial credits are provided unless explicitly agreed in writing.
Your use of the platform is subject to our Privacy Policy. We process data in accordance with GDPR.
OnSource is provided "as is". Vektiq SAS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.
Either party may terminate the subscription with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, data is retained for 60 days to allow export.
These terms are governed by French law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Paris, France.
